Customer service at Parodi Design is our first priority.  If you are not happy with your purchase, then we are not happy.  We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, then we want you to send it back to us and we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus the cost of shipping.  As long as it has not been worn, all you have to do is email us and we will give you instructions on how to return the item.  If the item should break within the first 30 days, we want you to return it to us for a full refund or a replacement of the same charm.

Payments

For all payments, we use Paypal for our credit card processing.  We do this because Paypal is secure, safe and simple to use.  Once we have received your payment, we will email you a confirmation and then another email will be sent once the item ships. If you do not receive either one of these emails, check to make sure that your spam filter is allowing our emails to pass.

Privacy

Privacy is also one of our top concerns.  Please rest assured that any shipping addresses, email addresses and other personal information will not be sold or used for advertising purposes.  We publish a monthly news letter updating our customers with new designs and special offers but you will only be added if you request it. 

Shipping

• Shipping is via the US Postal service.  We ship our products via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation unless you select Priority Mail.  Shipping to Canada is via Air Mail or Global Priority Mail.
• If you purchase over $30 and have a US address, you will receive Free First Class Shipping.  Orders under $30 are just $3.
• First class Mail will take 1 to 7 days depending on where in the United States you live and airmail may take up to 2 week for Canada deliveries but is usually quicker than that.
• We only sell and ship to US and Canada addresses.
• Canada Airmail is not tracked and thus we are not responsible if an item is lost in the mail.
• Priority mail is available for shipments but it does not qualify for the free shipping offer.
• Priority Mail costs start at $5 and shipments will arrive in 1 to 3 days.  This is the best shipping method if you need your items quickly.
• Global Priority Mail to Canada is $15 for any size order.
• We include the cost of tracking your package if you use Priority Mail.
• We guarantee to ship all in stock items within 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
